The food here is amazing with a wide range of options and the staff is very attentive and helpful.

Hotel was wonderful, perfect services, and it had excellent location in a beautiful setting. Location: the property was close to the restaurant, Franconia or northern Bavaria and a big lake. It was off the main road.

We had a lovely city break and enjoyed staying in this hotel. The location was great as it was near to many lakes and beautiful trails to explore. It was very picturesque, making it a perfect spot to relax and take some amazing photos. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable. The room was sparkling clean and well furnished which made us feel at home.

The only issue we had with the hotel was that it was quite secluded with no restaurants nearby. We had to take the car to find alternative restaurants.

Comfortable bed and a nice shower, with clean towels and basic toiletries provided. Breakfast is adequate, with continental options and eggs prepared to order. Free and reliable internet connection.

The restaurant could use some improvement, as some guests reported loud pop music during dinner and a smoking area that affected the dining experience.

We stayed over Thanksgiving and found the hotel to be a great value for the money. the staff was very accommodating and offered us complimentary sandwiches upon our late arrival. the hotel's location is also great for exploring the outdoors and enjoying the wildlife. We particularly enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms.

Our room did not have any climate control or a fan, making it very warm at night, which affected our sleep. We were told we should have had a fan but they had none to give us.

The hotel was in a secluded location with walking and biking trails adjacent to the property. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of German breads, fruits, yogurt, meat, cheese, and cereals. Moreover, the staff was professional, courteous, and helpful in making dining recommendations. We appreciated the clean and well-appointed rooms, ample parking, and efficient check-in/out procedures.

No negatives from this hotel. We highly recommend this place for a peaceful and comfortable stay with excellent breakfast and courteous staff.
